NPCs = Non-Playable Characters. What this means is, if you need a character in a plot, but you don't want to have to create a whole new account and write up an app, just post here using the form. The admin will create an account that anyone can use to post as this character.
These characters could be used for murdering, stealing, furthering some plot somehow.
Example: You play the Duke Aquila and you want to cause trouble between the families. Create a minor cousin of one of the families here and then murder him in a thread!
